Pursuant to Application 807-5220, Operator Change #1
In accordance with 405 KAR 8:010, notice is hereby given that Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc., POB 157, Bardstown, Kentucky 40004 intends to revise to permit 807-5220 to add an additional operator. The operator presently approved in the permit is Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. The additional operator will be Tennco Energy Inc., POB 517, Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965.
The operation is located approximately 2.2 miles southeast from U.S. 119's junction with County Road 2012 and located 0.8 mile east of Tom Fork. The operation is located on the Balkan U.S.G.S. 7 1/2 minute quadrangle map at Latitude 36š45'33" and Longitude 83š32'02".
The application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement's Middlesboro Regional Office, 1804 East Cumberland Avenue, Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965. Written comments or objections must be filed with the Director, Division of Mine Permits, #2 Hudson Hollow, U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601. All comments or objections must be received within fifteen (15) days of today's date.
